Griff, my additional comment to your post. Yes, it very sad WG is laying off 44k workerS along with many other companies, DOLLAR TREE, RED LOBSTER, ETC.. Too many mention. But I look at this news differently. From my 20 years experience. In time like these workers who have homes will tap into their equity . Stock up supplies, paper, toner, STAY READY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello from the Mobile Notary from LA (lower Alabama). I have met over a dozen notaries in the last 2 years that either only do it at work or have NEVER done any work on the street. I think it will be a mirror image of what we have today (a larger number of notary's that have NO INK in there pens).

Thanks for answering my question Griff. If I understood your video correctly and what you’re saying. As long as you understand notary law and how to notarize it’s ok to jump into doing loan signings as no other training is needed. Thank you for answering my question.

You hit the nail right on the head, regarding over analyzing and overthinking this business when this business is not as sophisticated as we perceive it to be. I can’t stand the signing companies that are only efficient and ready to breathe down your neck when it comes to you reaching out to the signer to set up or confirm appointment for signing but are non existent or answer vaguely when you have questions concerning the documents needed to be signed. They think by leaving a(n) instructions sheet that it is enough not realizing the lengthier the instruction page the more contradictory it becomes. Line 3 will state, “ do not make ANY corrections ON docs” but then Line 10 says “ signer can correct date by crossing out and initialing”. 😂

Hello from the Mobile Notary from LA (lower alabama). You have to remember that these people FELL for the SIX FIGURE INCOME scam. They did not look at the BIG picture,study state laws, and follow instructions...... You have GIVEN them the answers over, an over, and over again.

I didnt get a notification either for fritter friday. Which is unusual. But i resubscribed just in case..

It's all about what you want to average out daily, so if you want $175 daily, then do 1 signing at $175 2 signing at $85 3 signing at $55 4 signing at $40 Some of us want to make more than that, so we have to average out how many we need to do in a day and at what $$$$$. Because we do not always catch a signing eveyday or some may fall off the schedule.

Hey Grif, this is based on your roadside scanback video from yesterday. How has keeping your mobile equipment in your vehicle in extreme weather affected its performance? Sitting in a really hot or cold vehicle all day hasn't reduced permance, cause more frequent repairs, humidity cause moisture in paper and paper jams, etc.? Just curious.
